Yes unless you mix with warm water right before. Either way the squeals will be worth it.
Can I make it the day before?
Yes absolutely.
How do I get it out of clothes?
Wear bathing suits or old shorts and tops. Rinse off outside let dry shake off the rest then launder as usual.
